Bookkeeper

Candidates must possess 1+ years of bookkeeper/public accounting experience, degree in Accounting or equivalent experience, strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills, solid interpersonal skills, knowledge of Quickbooks, Sage 50, Xero, etc.

Staff Accountant

Candidates must possess 1 to 3 years of public accounting experience, perform engagements with supervision, aid team members in work to be performed and prepare the required tax returns.

Senior Accountant

Candidates must possess 3 to 7 years of public accounting experience, perform engagements with minimum supervision, guide and instruct team members in work to be performed, and prepare the required tax returns.

Accounting Manager

Candidates must possess 8+ years of public accounting experience, lead audits, reviews, compilations, and tax accounting engagements, mentor and train staff, consult on accounting issues/research, and interact with key client management.

Tax Manager

Candidates must possess 8+ years of public accounting experience, review tax returns for C and S Corporations, LLC, partnerships, trust, estate/gift, nonprofit, benefit plans and individuals, train staff, advise clients on a full spectrum of tax services including planning, research, and compliance, consult on tax issues and carry out related research, proactively interact with key client management, and respond to IRS inquiries and examinations.

Staff Tax Accountant

Candidates from entry level to 1 – 3 years of public accounting experience, strong client service and business mindset, good interpersonal skills, tax planning/return preparation, and construction accounting experience a plus.

Senior Tax Accountant

Candidates must possess 3 – 7 years of public accounting experience, strong client service and business mindset, good interpersonal skills, perform compilation, review and audits, supervise staff, tax planning/preparation, and review returns.
